Dear Malcolm

Just a line to let you know we have got all the apples pulled the wind blew them all of[sic] we picked about 16st. up so we had a bit of sport picking up we have sold 24st so we have got plenty of money yes but it soon goes. so does the fire logs we shall be ready for some more before Xmas so when you have a few minutes to spare just pop over and get us a few more. and dont[sic] forget to bring some food[?] and blow us up.
