Vertical aerial photograph of Le Havre showing end of breakwater around dock area. Numerous bomb craters visible throughout together with damaged or destroyed dockside buildings. Warship in dock lower right. Rectangular structure to top left of central pier, is the concrete E-Boat pens with bomb damage visible to upper section. Small vessels visible around jetties in the basin top right. Rough pencil circular marks on the original suggest an item of interest, probably sunken vessels in the main dock, right of centre.
