ST PAUL'S SCHOOL,
JALAPAHAR,
DARJEELING.

March 7th 1928

My dear Mummy and Daddy.

I hope you are keeping well. I am quite well and so is Stevie. I am in the upper divisi [inserted] on. [/inserted] I am in Lyon Hall wher [sic] Mum uesed [sic] to stay but she is ill and ant [sic] her Matran [sic] has come. It diden't [sic] rain coming up. Miss Humphries is our teacher now because Ms Robinson has gone away and is coming back afterw [inserted] ords [/inserted] [sic] We have got electric heater [inserted]s [/inserted] now. There are alot (sic) of new boys in our school this year. I am ending my let [inserted] ter [/inserted] now. With lots of love and kisses from David. X X X X X X X X X
