BIGGEST 2-ENGINE BOMBER IN THE WORLD-OURS
First pictures of the Avro-Manchester, largest two-engined bomber in the world. In the nose, above, you see the bomb-aimer’s window and the forward gun-turret.

These successful midwing monoplanes have been taking part in R.A.F. Bomber Command operations for some time. They have an enormous range; carry a tremendous bomb-load; are equipped with the new Vulture Rolls-Royce engines, each developing 2000 h.p.
