I am commanded by the Air Council to inform you that His Majesty the King has been graciously pleased to confer the Distinguished Flying Cross on your husband, the late Squadron Leader J. Foulsham, A.F.C., for the services detailed in the attached statement.
2. I am also to enclose a note regarding the presentation of decorations by the King and to enquire whether you wish to attend at Buckingham Palace to receive the decoration from His Majesty.
