ARNSBERG, HERE I COME! – A 22,000-lb. bomb leaving the rack on the underside of an Avro Lancaster during the attack early this year on a viaduct at Arnsberg, Germany. Only two attachment points are visible and the bomb appears to be carried well below the fuselage. To the left is a picture of the 12,000-lb. "Tallboy" bomb, showing the fine streamlined shape and small neat fins.
