My dearest Mummiekins,
There is till[sic] no leave in view every body is most busy here and also am Scivvy for a change. I don’t think I have done so much work in a day since I have been in the RAF.
Well I am now carrying on where Lulu left off and it is grand fun and believe me there is nothing to worry about.
Have you heard from him lately. I wish I could see him now and have
[page break]
A big “line shoot” [indecipherable word] & should imagine it could be lots of fun although I expect he would in no time “shoot me down in flames” or if you prefer out line shoot me.
How is Daddy now has he had all his teeth out I bet, if he has he will be going round the house having fun and games by making his chin touch his nose and pulling funny faces. Talking about teeth did I tell you that I have had some new ones made but I have not got them yet but hope to have them in a day or so.
When I come home on
[page break]
Leave I would like to have Dorreen[sic] stay for a weekend do you think that you could break the ice I think she would like to come again as I believe she likes your cooking a little less or more than I do etc and it would be something for me to do if I don’t get my bike going and I expect it will be quite dull down there now. are the roads still closed etc.
Must close now as I am quite tired.
Lots of love Mummiekins Am Scivvy XXX
P.S. I can’t find that form you sent.
