26th November 1944.

Dearest Kaye, How is the army, Soldier, are they treating you well. The life if you take care of yourself will be very educating to you Kaye, one just learns a great deal in such a type of life. At present we are entirely void of food parcels, so will have to tighten up a bit. My letters are probably very boring Kaye, but we are controlled by our emotions till the near future, Au revoir. Regards to all.
Harold xx
