Junkers JU 88 H Mistel.
The Mistel photograph on the previous page shows a Messerschmitt BF 109 fighter mounted on a Junkers 88 A series aircraft. This was one of the prototypes with lighter superstructure struts. The photographs on thie[sic] page show Focke-Wulf 190’s mounted on Junker 88H aircraft. These compsites [sic] were found at Morseburg by the U.S. Armies 2nd Infantry Division, & were intended for use in the planned Operation Eisenhammer.
