I refer to your letter relating to Squadron Leader Campbell and Flight Lieutenant Fleming. I cannot do better than to enclose a copy of Group Captain Christie's letter in regard to these two officers. I am afraid that in view of the circumstances nothing can be done in Campbell's case.
