Dear madam,
[underlined] re “Redwood” Oaken Grange Drive. [/underlined]
Mr. G. W. Wright has passed on to us your instructions to act for you in the Conveyance of the above property, which, the purchase by Mrs, Skelton having gone off, is now required by Mrs. L. M. Moore at the same price namely, £850.
We are getting a part Contract signed by Mrs. Moore and the balance of the deposit, she having paid us £10 on account.
We send you part Contract herewith, which please sign across the Contract stamp at the foot of page 3 and return to us, when we will proceed with the matter.
