R.A.F. Attack Lutzow in Harbour
R.A.F. Lancasters attacked [inserted] X [inserted] [underlined] Gdynia harbour [/underlined] [inserted] X [/inserted] main German naval base, in the night.
One bomb-aimer said he identified the pocket battleship Lutzow. “I made three runs before I released the bombs.” He said. “There was a smoke-screen which seemed to be coming from floating generators. The smoke lay across the harbour.”

R.A.F. RAIDERS FLY 1,600 MILES
A strong force of RAF Lancasters last night flew more than 1,600 miles in an attack on enemy ships in the Baltic port of [inserted] “ [/inserted] [underlined] Gdynia. [/underlined] [inserted] “ [/inserted]
Pin-point Spitfire bombers power-dived 5,000ft. to smash a V2 store and erection and launching site in Holland yesterday, and saw terrific explosion in the target area, states the Air Ministry.
