I am receipt of your Memo No. PA/737/III of 30.9.1943 re: payment of £4.10.6 or Rs.60/5/- due on account of my son 9233995 F/Sgt Boldy D. A. Will you please forward me the Form of Receipt wanted which I will stamp, sign and return.

I wish the money to be donated half to the R. A. F. Benevolent Fund and half to the Red Cross Fund and their acknowledgments sent to me.
