Photograph 2 is of four airmen including Reginald George Cavalier at work outside their trailer. Captioned 'Sid Burton, Les Seymour, John Vassell.'
Photographs 3, 4, 5 and 6 are of groups of airmen working on the foundations, captioned 'Laying the foundations.'
They are captioned 'R.A.F. Vitroy [sic] en Artois, France. Construction of Photographic Section Hut by 137 Wing S.H.Q. Oct 1944.'
Photographs 7 to 24 are of groups of airmen working on the assembly of the wooden hut.
Photograph 16 is captioned 'Jock Sadler, John Vassell, Les Seymour, Hal Ashley, Chalky White, Sid Burton'. John Vassell is marked with a cross and is further captioned 'John Vassell working at the Foreign office as a junior clerk in Moscow Russia after the war, was convicted of spying for the Russians, sentenced to six years.'
Photograph 24 is captioned 'The final piece'.
