ST. PAUL'S SCHOOL,
JALAPAHAR,
DARJEELING,
November 9th. 1928.
My dear Daddy.
I hope you are quite well and happy. We are all quite well and happy and so are Mummy and Stevie. Thank you for your letter. 12 days left for going home day. The days are going very quickly. Mummy came to see us on Tuesday. I hope Pompom and Dorje are getting on well. We had an English Test and I got 47. We had a History Test and I got 75 honours. It is getting colder now. The School had their photoes [sic] t [inserted] a [/inserted] ken. We play foot-ball [sic] now. We got riding leave on Sunday and rode for an hour. Only two Sundays left. We are going for a picnic at the end of the year. One master is going to be married on the 19. [underlined] th [/underlined]

And another master on the 20.th. Miss Robinson lets us run round the field a few times to warm ourselves up. What do you think of my writing now.?. [deleted] o [/deleted] I am ending my letter now with lots of love and
