My dear Miss Kathleen Hodgson:-
If you possibly can, won’t you kindly send me your dainty photograph “up on your toes”; I wish to frame your pretty toe photo for my room.
It may interest you to know that I, too, am a dancer and some day I hope to dance nearly as well as you. I like toe work most of all and practice very hard every day.
Kindly let me know when and where you will dance in New York, as I would like to see you.
I wish you continued success and a worldful [sic] of happiness and thank you eversomuch [sic] in advance for your dainty photo on your toes. Please do not disappoint me as I shall be waiting most anxiously for it.
Just a little friend and sincere admirer,
Miss Bella Mansfield,
327 Pleasant Avenue,
New York City, N.Y.
United States of America.
