Thanks a lot for the good wishes. I also had a will from Archie wishing me many happy returns plus a P.C. from Cheadle Hulme.
Very pleased to hear the furniture has turned out so successful & so reasonable. Also glad to hear you have been so busy.
Sorry for the rather hurried note, but I'm on duty tonight.
Just received a parcel from Ma & Pop containing a very nice pair of pyjamas.

Everything seems to be going fine, I feel really on top of the world, so wish me luck Darling.
Afraid I can't make any arrangements regarding the Riley, but will let you know directly I can fix up something concrete.
