Letter to Pat Hogan from Mrs Margaret Farr

Description

Writes that she was thrilled to meet him and read his letters. One of the girls who wrote to him was a friend of hers although they had now lost touch. Dear Pat,

I thought I would write to you and let you know, that I was thrilled to meet you, and read your letters, Kath Jennings one of the girls, who wrote to you during the war, was a close friend of mine, she was very kind to me, when I joined G.Q. in August 1956 unfortunately I lost touch with her after she retired and left Woking.

Perhaps you will manage to come back to England again one day, meeting you and other people who have had their lives saved by using our parachutes make us realise just how important our jobs are.

If you want to keep in touch I would like to hear from you.

Yours sincerely,
Margaret A. Farr (MRS)
