I Patrick Joseph Hogan
of RAAF
do solomly [sic] and sincerely declare.
That I embarked at Melbourne 29/1/44 for England & that I disembarked at Melbourne on 3/1/46 after hav-ing served continually outside Australia for that period
Total 23 months.
and I make this solemn declaration By virtue of the statutory Declaration Act 1911, conscientiously believing the statements contained therein, to be true in every particular.
