Engineer II Harrison has served under my command for the past six months; during this time I have had ample opportunity to assess his qualities both on the ground and in the air.

2. He possesses a pleasant and fairly strong personality, with a keen sense of humour. Always smart and tidy in his general appearance which is reflected in his work; for he is neat and tidy when putting pen to paper. In this respect he should do well in any clerical job.

3. I have always found him to be loyal and well self disciplined [inserted] ; [/inserted] and am convinced that any future employer will find these same qualities.
