Statement of evidence in the case of:-
1852503 F/Sgt. Jones. W.
Sir,
At Cambridge on the 26.5.45 at 19.40 hours I was on duty at the L.N.E.R. Station when I had o [sic] occason [sic] to check the above mentioned N.C.O.
I asked him to produce for my inspection his Identity Card and pass he produced the former in order and said “I have no pass Corporal and I did not think I needed one”.
I informed him he was Out of Bounds obtained his particulars, established his Identity and informed him the matter would be reported.
