TO:- 1806333 AC2 SIMPSON H.E.W. “Amberly” Single Street, Biggin Hill, Kew.
DATE:- 7.8.42.
REF:- AS/EU/38.
When you were enlisted into the R.A.F.V.R. at this Centre on 25.5.42. you were in[missing letters]ructed to forward an Interim Certificate of your ATC Service. These instructions have not yet bee[missing letter] [missing letters]plied with.
It is po[missing letters]ed out that failure to produce a record of your ATC Service is liable to have serious repercussions when you are recalled from deferred service, and it is requested that you will obtain a duplicate ATC Form 2 from the Commanding O[missing letters]cer of your Squadron [missing word] forward it to this Unit without further delay.
Your official R.A.F. number shou[missing letters] be quoted when forwarding this Certificate.
