BUTTON – CLEANING OUTFIT.
CHEWING GUM
CHOCOLATE IN BARS.
CLOTHING – all kinds, including handkerchiefs and knitted comforts.
COLOURED SILKS and cottons, linen etc. for embroidering.
FRAMES with Talc or unbreakable glass.
Hussif – including scissors, cotton and thread, buttons (linen and trouser).
KIT and SLEEPING BAGS.
KNITTING NEEDLES and wool.
PENCILS and fountain pens.
PIPE, tobacco pouch, cigarette rolling machine.
REGIMENTAL badges and buttons.
SAFETY RAZORS and blades.
SMALL MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS.
SOAP – toilet, washing and shaving.
TOWELS, face cloths and sponges.
CIGARETTES, and cigarette tips and tobacco. These can be sent only from accredited exporters. Money for purchase should be sent to S. R. Red Cross Society, King’s Crescent, Salisbury.
PHOTOGRAPHS may be included in letters under a covering letter to the Chief Postal Censor, Aintree, Liverpool, but [underlined] not [/underlined] in Personal Parcels.
Nothing packed in a tube will be forwarded.
Toothpaste and other dentifrice is not allowed to be sent.
