Since cessation of active flying duties he has been employed on Command Staff Administrative duties. Throughout the latter period he has displayed ability energy and intelligence above the average. All work undertaken has been performed with such meticulous care that considerable saving of man hours has ensued to his superior officers.
His loyalty and devotion to duty are beyond question. Recommended his civilian employment with the utmost confidence in a civilian administrative post.
