BOMBING LEADERS ARE TO [DELETED] CXXX [/DELETED] CALCULATE THE NECESSARY DELAY FOR 4LB INCENDIARIES RELEASE SO THAT THE 4LB STICK WILL STRADDLE THAT OF THE 30LB AND HE (sic) STICK.
