IN THE COUNTY OF LINCOLN-PARTS OF KESTEVEN,
PETTY SESSIONAL DIVISION OF LINCOLN.
To No. 1366937 Flight Sergeant THOMAS THOMPSON,
49th Squadron, R.A.F,
Fiskerton.
Information hath this day been laid by ROLAND DUCKLES
of Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln, Inspector of Police for the said Parts, for that you on the 11th day of April 1944 in the Parish of Heighington in the said Parts,
during the hours of darkness did cause to be on a road there situate, a bicycle, not then displaying to the front thereof a white light, nor to the rear thereof a red light, from an authorised bicycle lamp or lamps respectively, contrary to the Lighting (Restrictions) Order 1940, and
contrary to the Statue in such case made and provided.
You are therefore hereby summoned to appear before the Court of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at the Kesteven Petty Sessional Court House in the Castle of Lincoln, on Friday 21st April 1944 at the hour of Ten-thirty in the forenoon, to answer to the said Information,
Dated the 17th day of April 1944.
