76 items. The collection concerns Flying Officer Robert ‘Bob’ Butler RAFVR (1914 – 1942, 958421 and 102576) and contains his log book, correspondence, documents, photographs and objects. He flew operations as an air gunner with 99 and 218 Squadrons before being presumed dead in the North Sea on 23/24 September 1942.
