Description

RAF Bircham Newton was an RAF station located in north Norfolk 13 miles (21 kms) north east of King’s Lynn.

The station was initially used during World War One. During World War Two the station was in Coastal Command. It was used by 206 Squadron and 320 Squadron, both using Ansons and Hudsons for maritime patrols.
