Walter Braithwaite's training journal

A hand written journal, detailing Royal Air Force and aircrew practices. The beginning of the journal details topics such as hygiene and RAF law, organisation and regulations. The majority of the journal has a focus on aircrew practices such as navigation, map reading, weapon systems, how bombs work, and how to operate various pieces of aircraft equipment. The journal contains hand drawn diagrams.
