[underlined] H.M.T. “YOMA” PROCEEDING TO DARKEST AFRICA THROUGH THE DOMAIN OF HIS IMPERIAL NAUTICAL MAJESTY, NEPTUNE, KING OF THE SEVEN SEAS. [/underlined]
TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, WE, THE UNDERSIGNED SEND GREETINGS.
Whereas on the Tenth day of April, in this year of Grace, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Forty one, in the Court of His imperial Nautical Majesty, Neptuno Rex Ormond John Searle by his Most Gracious Command, has been awarded the Freedom of the Seven Seas. At a vast gathering of our people, he did show great gallantry when undergoing the rigid tests necessary for the awarding of the above Freedom and accordingly henceforth he is entitled to all the privileges my subjects enjoy throughout my domain.
