[underlined] PROVISIONAL STATEMENT ON DAMAGE. [/underlined]
Four deep craters from heavy bombs are seen in the main target area.
One bomb has exploded at the South corner of the main construction causing the corner of the main building over an area of 60 x 35 feet to collapse into the crater and undermining the building at this point. Two other bombs have fallen just North and East of the N.E. end of the building without apparently damaging the main structure, but causing damage to pylons and huts. Seven other large craters are seen in the immediate area of the target.
