WHO IS AFRAID OF PEACE?
The Germans show you the peace to frighten you. Why? Because they are frightened. Peace means the end of the tyranny of the expansionist Germany.
IT MEANS NEW LIFE FOR ROMANIA
THE Soviet Government declares that it has no intension to annex any parts of the Romanian nation, nor to change its social structure.

We will punish the real guilty ones, the criminal rulers of the Axis, with enormous severity. Citizens of Axis nations should not fear.
