I, Ernest Louis Ellis of the City/Town/Village/Township of 54 Wulfric Rd., in the County/District of Sheffield, 2. Province of Yorkshire, Wire Tester (Civil Occupation) a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force, Number GB.1238597 do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made and declare this to be my LAST WILL.
I GIVE, DEVISE AND BEQUEATH unto My Mother, Mrs. L.A. Ellis, 54, Wulfric Rd. Manor, Sheffield, 2., Yorks, England, all my possessions both real and personal.
I GIVE, DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all the rest and residue of my estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, unto.
I appoint Mr. H. Ellis, 54 Wulfric Rd., Sheffield, 2., Yorks, England to be the Executor of this my Last Will.
IN WITNESS THEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this fourth day of March, 1942.
Signed and acknowledged by the Testator, in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence at his request, and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. E.L. ELLIS (Signature of Testator)
