Dear Mrs. Ellis,
I was sorry indeed to hear of your son's death. I gather that you inherited his post war credits and in that case you may cash them as soon as you are 60 years of age but not before since the rule is entirely rigid.
The way to cash them when the time comes is to get an application form D.C.151. Read Part 3 of the form and then with its aid fill in and sign Part 4. After this send the completed form and the credits to the Inspector of Taxes whose address is on the oldest credit.
