A) THE MASTER BOMBER IS ON NO ACCOUNT TO PUT THE PRIMARY (VECTOR) PLAN INTO EFFECT UNLESS HE IS ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED THAT THE MARKING POINT HAS BEEN MARKED ACCURATELY.

B) CREWS ARE ON NO ACCOUNT TO RELEASE THEIR BOMBS UNLESS THEY POSITIVELY IDENTIFIED [sic] THE MARKING

C) CAPTAINS ARE NOT TO BOMB UNLESS THEY ARE SATISFIED THEY HAVE MADE A STEADY AND ACCURATE BOMBING RUN.

D) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE BOMBS TO BE DROPPED AFTER 2245 HRS.
