The viaduct and it approaches are covered on photographs of excellent quality. (Scale 1/10,000).
[underlined] PERIOD UNDER REVIEW [/underlined]
These photographs were taken after the attack on the previous night by aircraft of Bomber Command on 12/13 February, 1944.
[underlined] STATEMENT ON DAMAGE [/underlined]
Many new craters are seen near the viaduct, one of which is a very near miss. No damage is visible and 2 small trucks are seen moving along the E. track very near the viaduct.
Two new dark patches are seen on the W. track possibly indicating repair work in progress.
Several small houses in the vicinity are now seen to be gutted.
