Wer Haß sät, wird Rache ernten

Title

Wer Haß sät, wird Rache ernten
Who sows hatred will reap vengeance

Description

The leaflet points out that Hitler’s occupation of countries and, often, civilian deaths have led to anger and revenge against his soldiers, police officers and officials. The Germans are given uncomplimentary nicknames and activities against them are described in France, Holland, Norway and Poland. It foresees the day when revenge will be taken on those who have sown hatred and asks which side the German people will take.

Belgrade is still burning according to a report on Radio Germany on 9th April 1941. On the same day the Yugoslavian government reports that German bombers, without any declaration of war, have attacked Belgrade, killing women and children and turning buildings into rubble.

In addition to Warsaw and Rotterdam, Germany is creating total war.

They are fighting back.
