This propaganda leaflet from 10th November 1942 was dropped by the RAF’s Number 10 OTU on 17th November 1942. It contains a statement from General Dwight D. Eisenhower, Commander in Chief of the Allied Forces in North Africa.
He announces that General Giraud has arrived in Algeria to take command of the French forces against Germany and Italy, alongside the United Nations. He hopes he will also stop resistance between soldiers. He will be supplied with forces, weapons and equipment.
A handwritten note states 'Dropped by No 10 OTU RAF on Nov 17th 1942'.
