In July 1958 posted to the British Joint Services Mission(Washington) as United Sates Air Force Liaison.

Served at RAF Laarbruch, RAF Gaydon, RAF Swinderby, RAF Wittering.

Aircraft flown were Canberra PR3, Canberra T4, Valiant, Anson, C-47 Dakota, Lockheed T-33A Shooting Star, Douglas C-54 Skymaster.
