Dear Ma,
I still Have’nt Heard from you to Date. Its’ been Raining all day today, and we don’t know what to do with ourselves. So sailors here are getting Italian Sailors bathes today. We are rehearsing for a second Concert Party. items are Sweeney todd the Barber. Red Riding Hood. and the [rubber stamp] Enbankment [sic] Scene. Since we gave our concert Party we’ve started two more such Parties and there is very keen competions [sic]. we’ve had no sports this week due to the Weather. We are Having a large concert tonight and we hope it will be good. I must Close now looking forward to your letters and Hoping this letter finds you all in the same good Health and Very High Spirit it leaves me in
