Dear Ma, I have received only one letter this week, but it was from you with the P.O.W.R.A. Photograph. enclosed. I took the Photo all round the camp and Sgt Kenny, Cpl Hibben, Charlie Manning and another chap, a friend of Charlie’s Recognised Relations on it. Many Manchester Lads here know nothing about your meetings, several are writting [sic] home about it this weekend enclosing your name and address for enquiries and full Particulars. Please thank all concerned with the sending of the Photo the first to arrive at this camp. It has been snowing all day here the first fall this year. Since New Year it has been like a mild Summer up to today. P/O Frame moved out of this camp this morning with the Rest of the navy men who are going to a special camp. We had a full Red Cross Parcel each last week, and, are getting the same next week. I am unlucky again with Private Parcels this week but there are more to come up soon. I am in good Health and spirits and Hope all at home are too. Pleased to hear you Recieved [sic] My Money O.K. More is on the way.

Your Loving Son Leslie.
