Monday,
My darling,
Just a few lines to tell you know I arrived safely. The train arrived in about 11.5 and I was at Kings Cross by 11.20, the 11.15 had’nt left and the 11.30 did’nt come in until 11.45. I caught the usual 11.45 which finally left at 12.45 and had a comfortable seat in a first class carriage, after a good sleep we arrived at Doncaster at 4.45, we departed to our empty tram, had the sandwiches and tea and caught an early bus to camp.
At the moment theres not any news of posting, will probably come in with a rush so

its best to keep writing here, I’ve received two letters from you, one dated 15th September and the other last Thursday.
Well, darling not much more to write about, shall be writing again soon, remember me to Mother and Dad.
All my love darling, take care of yourself.
