Hello Folks
Well its Grand Sunday afternoon and I am in the Beaver Club in London. Arrived in London Thursday morning and have been staying at the Triple Jack Club.
I am enjoying myself here, getting lots of good food and seeing the odd show. My crew were all to-gether here Friday and Saturday morning. I went and heard the London Symphonic Orchestra yesterday afternoon. It was certainly a magnificent show. I’ll never forget it. I paid nearly $2 for a seat

nearly in the gallery but it was worth it.
I am going to see Jack Brooks to-day. [indecipherable word] here in an hours time to catch the train. Should arrive there around 10 this evening. Will stay with them for 4 or 5 days
I have 12 days leave all to-gether.
This place here is full of Canadians but I haven’t seen anyone from around home as yet. I have just finished a dish of pancakes and Canadian Maple syrup, sure was good. They have plenty of tomato juice here so I have been drinking a lot of that.
I expect you are very busy at home. I received Gwens letter a day before the one mother sent so I guess air letters are a little slower. It must have hit the boat right on time.

It will be a while now before my mail catches up to me as I have changed stations again. I am near York now north of where I was stationed. Should be some there when I get back from leave
Had a letter from Aunt Verna this week. They are all well except for her arm which seems to be giving her some trouble. She always reminds me of all the birthdays and wedding anniversaries of the month
Hope Grant is recovering after his operation. I can remember when I had my tonsils out when we lived in Oshawa
Heard from Jesse this week also. They should be in Kinsale by now. What is his new address? He gave it to me

but I have mislaid it I guess. I wrote him, and hope it gets there ok.
Sorry to hear of Ronnies fall and broken leg. Hope he gets along ok.
I still havent received the Statesman. I don’t know what the trouble is Apparently there is nothing can be done about it.
Must soon close for now. Wished you could all be here to see Jolly old London with me and walk around Piccadilly and Oxford Circus with a silk hat and a cane. You’ll have to visit here on your second honeymoon.
Thinking of you always
Love
Glenn
