Complaints

If there is an item in the Digital Archive which you believe should not have been published, please contact us with details of the item and your reason.

Our take-down policy will cover such cases. We will remove the item from the Archive website and investigate the complaint. If we believe the complaint is valid, the item will not be displayed again. If we believe the complaint to be invalid, we will contact the complainant giving our reasons and a right of reply, before deciding whether to reinstate the item.  We reserve the right to take the final decision in such cases, taking into account our rights to material in terms of agreements made with donors.
