Just inside the entrance, on the top side, several jetties have ships moored alongside. There are more ships moored further to the right towards the end of the basin - three are in floating docks with gangways connected them to shore. Dockyard buildings along the top side of the basin, including a shipyard with a ship on a launching slipway. Four bomb impacts can be seen in the river to top side of the basin entrance; series of bomb explosions stretching from the jetting to the right of the entrance, diagonally to the bottom side of the basin. Captioned 'Rotterdam'.
