Account of the United States' provision of limited non-combatant assistance before they entered the war. U.S. Navy trained 50 Royal Navy student pilots a month. Describes training in England and the United States. Goes on to describe training at Pensacola giving numbers trained, size of establishment and success rate of naval aviators.
