Description

Top left crash site of an aircraft an open, flat desert landscape. There is a swastika on the tail of the aircraft.
Top right a damaged Me 109 supported on wooden cradle, without its wheels. One propeller blade is damaged and the wings are lying on the ground on either side. A bareheaded man in uniform is standing to one side with his hands in his pockets. There is an oil barrel in the foreground and a single storey, flat roofed building is behind.
Centre right the wreckage of two aircraft and a utility vehicle. The wreckage is beside a damaged building, the bare roof struts are exposed, on which has been painted a swastika.
Bottom right a damaged building, missing it roof. Fallen metal girders are and twisted metal lay alongside and the walls have been damaged gun fire.
