Description
On the first page, George VI and other uniformed dignitaries are visiting the workshop of the No.1 School of Technical Training watching men in overalls work on machinery. Captioned 'The King gets some "gen" on mags.'
On the second page Henry, on the left is walking with other man. Both are in uniform, wearing side caps and are walking along a street, labelled 'Locking, June 1940', There is also a group of seven uniformed men, six of whom are wearing side caps and showing their sergeant stripes, standing alongside single storey wooden barracks. Labelled 'After 4 wing church parade (1942)', Henry is standing second left.
