Called this after noon but could get no reply. Letters must still be sent to Oulton [?].
Please don't mention my move or that I have called, in your letters as they are censored and I am not supposed to let any one know I have moved. Don't worry if you are not getting my letters, I can explain why when I see you. I am quite near you – 20 miles which I cycled this after noon – to no avail. I will call again another day if I can. I cannot phone or telegraph. All letters are strictly censored.
If you want to write about my visit say a "Mr Smith" called or something of the sort.
Forgive this rambling epistle – Dennis.
