Pilot Officer Arthur Ernest Biscoe. son of Mr. and Mrs. V.W. Biscoe, of 35, Paddington Road North End, Portsmouth, who has recently passed his examinations for a pilot instructor, having received his wings and commission last August.

He is 20 years of age, and attended Drayton Road Elementary School and Evening Institute. He did his training in Canada, and on a recent leave visited relatives in Ontario and also spent a few days in New York. He was formerly a Scoutmaster and also belonged to the [missing letters].S, (part-time) before joining u[missing letter].
